Dashboard theme, works with the 2014/10/30 update. Basic brown.

14/11/12 Fix: Removed weird color blocks under the Xkit classic header blog icons. Removed the fix for Xkit's Scroll Down button since Xkit did so itself.

- Transparent header!
- Post Speech Bubbles again!
- Fixes back to the top button size and overlay with Xkit's scroll to the bottom button
