Greader Redesign - remove search, change font

Description:

My Google Reader tweaks for the Google Redesign Firefox extension. (http://www.globexdesigns.com/gr/)

Remove Search and Logo: I don't like how their icon and search bar take up so much vertical space, and I don't usually use the search in Reader anyhow, so I hid that.

Change Font: I like 'Trebuchet MS' at 95% so I override the font as well.

Entry Background: Changed the Entry background or frame to matching gray.
