Update June 12, 2010: Added CSS3 standards to make the style compatible with other browsers.



Update May 15, 2009: I finally gave up and removed the Quick Links bar. I figured that anyone who installs this style must use the site enough to not bother with the thing anyways.



Update Mar 15, 2009: Fixed the centering issue, but sadly this style is essentially unusable on any small resolutions like 1024x768.



Update Feb 26, 2009: Minor tweaks, expect the centering issue to be fixed soon.



Update Feb 24, 2009: Made the Quick Links bar float on the left for now to make the style more compatible with multiple resolutions and I'm still looking for a way to get it centered like the main content.



Update Feb 24, 2009: Changed the link hover to have rounded borders; working on a cleaner solution for the "Quick Links" bar.
