Description:

On linustechtips.com, this style makes the nav bar always visible at the top of the page. If your browser supports it, as you scroll through posts it will also make the user info pane stick to the top of the page.
This theme is for users of the Day Theme 3.0 (it will also support the night theme 3.0 if/when it is updated)
