Shores of Hazeron Forum Quote Fix

With the style applied

Description:

Link target posts on Shores of Hazeron Forms have gray text color. Quotes on the same forum have gray background color. You cannot read quotes on link target posts.

Changes the text color in link targets posts back to white inside quotes.
Changes the post frame of target posts from gray to white (so you can find the target post even if it only consists of a quote).
