The default skin as of Feb 27, 2009 is too bright on the eyes.
This userstyle attempts to reduce the glare through the following changes:
- replacing of the background image with a solid dark blue color
- replacing post-backgrounds with a lighter shade of sky-blue
- replacing the text-color from blue to black
