This will remove the annoying text ad column that Adblock doesn't block. I also spread the thumbnails out a bit (on thumbnail view) to span the space where the ad column used to be.

I removed the entire footer, as all those options are at the top of the page.

Some images have a transparent gif over them so you cant save them to your computer. I have removed that as well so you you can save any image you like.

The last minor tweak I made was to the background color. I darkened the white just a tad so it is not quite so blinding. It is still white though, just off white.

Everything is clearly marked, so you can remove what you don't like or want very easily.
