Sets position fixed for the reply/preview boxes to the bottom of the screen, so you can multi-quote without jumping back and forth around the page.

- deal with "quote this selection" appearing on the bottom in narrow screens
- hack to stop the page scrolling when clicking aforementioned button
- force scrolling on textarea
- force sub-categories to the right of the title rows
- better layout on smaller screens
- position quotify tool in reply area
