Minor tweaks for Nurumayu Archive(http://archive.nurumayu.jp/), mainly to adjust the padding and color of the articles.

Please note that using the static header removes the subpage-specific logos in the header and you will not be able to see the amount of new articles which is shown beside the stream icon.

2015-06-27 v1.1.1 : Remove default link hover/focus styles to allow Opera 12's spatial navigation focus ring to show.
2015-05-31 v1.1.0 : Added option to make the header static and a basic OG theme.
2015-05-15 v1.0.2 : Made articles more compact. Removed padding inside thumbnails. Added red border for alerts.
2015-04-19 v1.0.1 : Articles now span across the full width of the browser.
2015-04-15 v1.0.0 : First release.
