OK this one is a real hack up, as in it will mess up the BBC News front page.
i don't really use the BBC News front page as i usually come to BBC News articles from a link on reddit or slashdot so this is perfect for me. If you use BBC News a lot i wouldn't recommend this style.
i wrote this one as a personal one and i wasn't going to put it on here coz it's a bit of a mess (it's not my fault, it's the BBC's fault as they use tables and they don't name, or class, any of them, WEB1.0.) but i thought someone may find it useful.

First install FreeStyler to use this style.
