MyAnimeList: Remove New Links

With the style applied

Description:

Removes the extra profile links at the upper left part of the page, added in 2015. To get the links back, uninstall or disable the theme. It won't remove the login/signup links since they are the only way to sign in easily when you get logged out! You can remove these login links with the notes in the code. See Additional Info for more themes to remove and customize parts of MAL.
