A dark theme for TogetherTube.

v1.0 - Took a few hours to do, but I've recently come to like this site, and every site needs a dark theme. ;D

v1.0.1 - Made the video loading placeholder dark.

v1.0.2 - Lots of little improvements.

v1.0.3 - Fixed some colors having on screens to do with logging in and out, and signing up. Probably done until any major site changes.
