- split payee and amount so amounts line up right aligned
- condense lists for legibility
- use a monospace font for amounts
- de-emphasize generic icons
- increase font sizes in messages section

This is a pretty quick hack job - no real responsive treatment; it's assumed that the user is on a desktop machine because a browser plugin is required. Superficial testing only in Chrome and Firefox, should play well in evergreen browsers.
