Tweaked the home page section blocks.

I don't know WHAT god awful font is being used on section fronts, but it's f-cking HIDEOUS! Changed smaller fonts to Verdana (PUKE!) and larger fonts to Optima. Not great but at least it isn't offensive to look at.

* N&O now uses Aurora page styling so styles have been updated to remove ads, etc.
* NOTE: The page uses JavaScript AFTER the page loads in order to set the ginormous story header just above the story content. The only ways to eliminate that are either: (a) greasemonkey script, (b) after the page has loaded, turn the N&O stylish style OFF and then turn it back on.
