With the style applied
Force cursor
Cursor type

Description:

This style will set a cursor to have priority on all websites, and you can choose whether to enforce it, or not.
Enforcing will result in the cursor always being normal, not enforcing means it will be preferred, but if the site really wants to, other cursors can still be rendered.
