Blue/Gray Skin for Plex Web App
Originally this modification was a few tweaks to the layout, but I decided to change the color scheme to the one I use on the Plex Forum.

Quick and dirty color scheme modification plus some small size changes to the layout for the plex web manager interface. If serveripaddress:32400/web is also used, that would need to be added after initial install or updating.
