Description:

A simple, minimalistic new tab page for Chrome. Makes some minimal stylistic changes to Chrome's default new tab page.

I plan to create a tampermonkey script or chrome extension eventually that adds extra functionality such as a dynamic background, time, weather, and more.

v0.2a: Smoothed management bar init animation, added backgrounds to notifications.
v0.3a: Fixed background not occupying full page space.
