Description:

Make the Danish "Rejsekort" (travel card) self service pages considerably more printer friendly. Eliminates the worst cases of waste of space and makes better use of available page width (but still requires a sensible minimum if you want to see everything).

Comment in the last two "table" lines if you want to hide the "+" column in the travel history.
Note that this will also hide all of the text of any such expanded entry (the travel details).
