Hide Read Stickies + Tidy Header

Description:

Hides Sticky Threads without anything new for you.

Also tidies up the Header a little: Shifts the Go to Official Website button to the right, removes the Rappelz logo button (takes you to the same site), collapses the unused space.

More info
Only tested in Firefox, Rappelz, big monitor (1920x1080).

Seems to work pretty good.

Works nicely with Bigger Rappelz Forum Avatars.

Might work for Chrome: But if it doesn't, find someone who can tweak the CSS so that it does.
