Put Search bar on the Navbar (w/no Search Button)

Description:

This puts the search bar onto the navbar, but without a search button. This maximizes the search bar's width thereby giving you more visible room for typing.

More info
To perform a search without the button, just press Enter on your search criteria. You may need to press Enter a second time if you are pressing Enter to select from an autocomplete list of previously-entered searches.
