Description:

Modified version of Noir theme for SMWC (smwcentral.net). Widens the header text (online users, tip section) and restores table borders. More compact sidebar. More readable fonts and colors. Readable black user background.

1.01: Now uses default sans-serif font instead of Liberation Sans. Respects your default fonts!

I also shrank the padding on news posts (front-page).
