Starry Night theme for RF

(NOTE)
Default GOD/MVP Color options only affect the Default GOD Colors. GOD Colors/Image Names for specific users are unaffected
GOD/MVP Sparkles: This affects both the Default and GOD Colors for specific users (Granted a user has the Default Rain Sparkles if said user has custom sparkles then they will be unaffected also this does not apply to image names)
