这是一个杭电OJ的主题。特点有：
1.修改配色
2.去除顶端图片(^_+)
3.修改了题面字体，读起来舒服多了
4.修复了 MathJax 在 Chrome 下渲染的 BUG
PS:
1.部分字体来源于谷歌，显示不正常的可能需要翻墙
2.本主题只修改了OJ的部分页面，主要是比赛和题面部分。
3.本人仅在 Chrome 下测试过，不保证其他浏览器是否显示正常。
