Description:

Removes ads, tips (can also be done in preferences), widens the site layout to maximize visibility (better than in preferences), and adds a dark gradient to tv listings.

Removal code and newer changes are my own, layout code was adapted from http://freestyler.ws/style/4848/titantv-no-ads-7-12-2008 by chrisdillon@userstyles, original dark theme from http://freestyler.ws/style/1653/titantv-dark-gradient-theme by Valacar@userstyles.

This was created to handle TitanTV's layout updates from 6/15/09 following the end of USA analog broadcasts.

Each code portion is commented to make changes simple and easy.
