Bigger editor for wide screens

Description:

For use with the html/css code challenges, makes the edit box much larger and floats the preview over it.

More info
If your editor is wide enough so that you're lines don't wrap it should fix the issue with the cursor jumping around.

I didn't enable it url-by-url so just turn it on and off as needed.
