Moodle Mod

Added by Veruso@userstyles, Created: Sep 27, 2016, Updated: Apr 11, 2017

Description:

An easy-on-the-eyes Moodle re-style for late night browsing.

You will likely want to setup your dashboard and links before activating this style as many elements are hidden. At some point in the future I may decide to include options for hidden elements. If you wish to see a hidden element, remove it from the selectors list in the CSS.

14 January 2017 changes - General Fixes, Blocked Elements
# IMPORTANT NOTES:
# Many elements have been blocked in this version of the CSS.
# The reason for this change is that I find such components redundant and distracting.
# These will not be styled correctly if re-enabled so keep that in mind.

> Implemented CSS variables for defining custom color schemes
> Implemented CSS selectors for hiding certain HTML elements, classes and IDs (see IMPORTANT NOTES)
> Added workaround for certain submit button colors
> General code cleanup
> simplified table selectors and table styles
> The breadcrumb symbol can now be customized
> Fixed forum post submission background
> Default type-face is now Inconsolata
> Other general fixes

Remarks:
While there are not many users of this CSS, I would still encourage anyone to post new selectors which I can then revise and implement in the official code. Since Moodle differs between institutions, the selectors will likely miss many elements (I can only test the CSS on one version of moodle). Therefore I will require assistance in order to release a more thorough style.
