03/02/2017: Skinned the background again. Apparently CC changed the element used for this. Same for the menu bar. Also skinned the top bar of the Your Discussions popup page.

Additionally, added a flag to hide all the scroll bars, felt this looks better for the theme.

21/01/2017: Skinned the discussions panel. Skinned the Followers and Following labels AND popup windows. Skinned the Questions and Replies headers in the notifications section.

Removed accent color selection for the time being. Will wait for the skin to be more complete before adding this back.

08/12/2016 (9): Initial implementation of custom color accent choice. There WILL be parts missing for now.
08/12/2016 (8): Changed the URL color in questions to make it stand out better. White on white wasn't so great.
08/12/2016 (7): Made inputted text readable on the profile page question box, and skinned the questions page answer input box.
