Google Text/Image Search: fixed header, minimal
Description:
With the exception of the results links' outline, no colors are specified. This style will probably work with a style that touches colors instead of layout, but that has not been tested by me.
In Firefox, the search box's caret (or text position cursor, as opposed to mouse cursor) sometimes disappears. This seems to be caused by a bug, resolved for Firefox 3, involving positioned inputs. If you know of any workaround that allows the same fixed-positioning layout, let me know.
