Changes the look of the TF2 page of backpack.tf

* Update 1 *
- Style now only applies to the TF2 page of backpack.tf
- Readjusted the currency box at the frontpage
- Pop-up box (when you hover over items) header is now red (was the default blue that backpack.tf used)
