Clean up Stylish popup

With the style applied

Description:

Lately, the Stylish popup's "Installed Styles" tab looks more like advertising than a user interface.

Nowhere is this more evident in that you have to hover … and … wait … for the enable/disable (and edit and delete) buttons to appear.

Also, the silly thumbnails are so huge that you can only see two or three styles at a time.

This stylesheet affects the Stylish popup only. If you turn off "All Styles," the popup will suddenly revert to its unmodified state, with thumbnails and long … waits … for … the … buttons to appear.

It is not tested with the Styles Library tab, because you shouldn't use the Styles Library tab. That was the "beginning of the end" of Stylish, as far as I can tell.
