JIRA Golem (WIP)
Description:
This was created mostly for personal use, but I thought I'd throw it up here for others to build off of. I personally dont use several JIRA features, so I might not have touched some pages yet. I'll try to update the them per request, but please feel free to make any personal edits you'd like :)

- Added green color to .code-quote in code blocks
- Got rid of the Confluence stuff because it doesnt do anything when we're using the current url-prefixes that exclude confluence
20170220- Fixed text color on search suggestions
- Updated URL exceptions so that the style only affects JIRA
