Sotonians theme that allows colour choice.

FUNCTIONAL v0.4 - Added a bit of padding to mentions and posterlinks, also rounded the border when inside a blockquote to be consistent with when they appear outside of a blockquote.
FUNCTIONAL v0.3 - Changed the default colour for links inside a quote from RED (I shit you not) to blue.
