With the style applied

Description:

Makes FI.MUNY document server more aesthetically pleasing. Removed BS (ads, newsletter), changed the fonts and colors (including logos) a little bit.

To get it to work on other servers of MUNY family, just edit the line
@-moz-document domain(fi.muny.cz)
for example to:
@-moz-document domain(law.muny.cz)

(you will have to change the logo manually though)
