Description:

Simply adds a #hashtag before freeform tags.

You can remove the comment indicators (/* and */) if you want to make it so all actual "tags", including relationships, characters, etc, show up with hashtags.

This was inspired by phi's http://freestyler.ws/style/150573/archiveofourown-change-separator-between-tags script, to which I actually just appended this code for my own personal use. :)
