Description:

Modify ActiveCollab's Neon theme to be less bad:

  • Increase visual priority of tasks
  • Decrease visual priority of "add a task to thi list" buttons and the like
  • Fixed tag picker in the Task popover
  • Fixed link colors in Notes
  • Other adjustments as I come across bad decisions to undo

Tested only on Safari, because Chrome is the new Internet Explorer.
