25Sep2009: also replace the site's average rating image at the top of a style's page

NOTE: The purpose of this style is only to replace the site's default list-style-image (for discussions) on individual style pages, namely, a style's individual rating by a user and not its composite rating on list pages. Expanding the affected pages outside of this scope could corrupt the styles of other authors. If, however, you wish to do that, there are comments and options in the code explaining how. And if you want to see why I put this restriction on the style, then enabling both Option 1 and Option 2 in the code should make clear at least one of the reasons.
