Update of the dark theme for OcUK, including better style, new icons and bug fixes. Customise the theme with your own choice of icons and other modifications.

* Added new icons (See 'Newest General Icons')
17/01/2013 * Added 'Forum Width' option for those that want a fixed width forum

.......... * Finally fixed the rounded quote boxes!!
