However, such a view is rendered with almost no margins (or even exactly 0, actually), which makes reading less comfortable (the eye gets too little runway, which is the more frustrating, the faster you are able, and trying, to read).
This tiny style adds 5ex (the unit of a size of 1 'x' character) to each side, without moving the top bar (with the link to downloading the original attachment).
Silly as it may seem, I've been using it for almost two weeks when I decided to put it on-line, because I want to be able to install it again, wherever I sit down to a computer...
First install FreeStyler to use this style.
