GCal: hide navbar (left)

Description:

This style for Google Calendar hides the nav area on the left-hand side of the main calendar. (Another style, http://freestyler.ws/style/25759/gcal-hide-topbar, is used to hide the topBar area above the calendar. I keep the two styles separate because while I never use anything in the topBar--so it's always hidden--I only occasionally hide the left side nav area--the small nav calendar is *essential* for building views, so I'm *always* using it.)
