GCal: hide #topBar

Description:

This style for Google Calendar hides the topBar area above the main calendar. This hides the logo, the search box/button, and the area where the action/notification messages are displayed (which I generally find of no use). Using this style along with http://freestyler.ws/style/25757/gcal-hide-navbar-left can [pretty much] maximize the calendar grid in the content window. (And, obviously, if/when you do want/need to use search, you can just disable the style in Stylish for as long as you want/need to.)

This style is also incorporated into my new "all-in-one" (AIO) Calendar style: http://freestyler.ws/style/26010/gcal-more-color-highlighting-other-stuff (though commented out).
