i was going to stick this in http://freestyler.ws/style/2628/hide-forum-user-details-till-hover, but it is different so its here instead

click on post to see sig
click+drag on link/img in post to keep sig open or select some text then click+drag on it

tested on a few 3.0.* / 3.6.* versions of vBulletin
