GCal: color cells all one color

Description:

This style for Google Calendar colors all of the cells in the Week and multi-day views (the ones with an hourly grid**) the same color (background). Designed to *not* be used with the Background Image Lab.

(created by request) You can edit the style to select a different color (see comments in the code). (**It colors the cells in the Day view, too, but it's harder to distinguish due to the yellow Today highlight.)
