utility] Show named elements
Description:
This is an "utility" style, its use is actually uncommon. I basically use it when I'm reading a long document (e.g. a spec) and I want to bookmark or send a (reference to) specific section of it. Since it's already intrusive, the name it's shown with an opacity of 0.3 (made 0.8 when hovered on the element).
