hide redundant scroll bars on OMGPOP

Description:

In recent versions of Firefox there is a bug with OMGPOP.com where scroll bars will appear around the page when the browser is in focus, and then disappear again when the browser goes out of focus. This is very irritating, distracting, and usability-affecting (because the whole page has to resize when the scroll bars appear/disappear, which moves everything around).

The bug was reported to OMGPOP here: http://getsatisfaction.com/omgpop/topics/bug_in_ff3_6_update

The 'solution' given there was to have users edit Firefox's about:config settings to completely disable focus rings on every element on every page in the entire browser. Obviously this is a pretty silly non-fix.

Here's a better solution that seems to work 100% of the time for me: Just hide the outline on focussed elements through CSS.
