hotmail:dont collapse whitespace in plaintext mail

Description:

Windows Live Hotmail collapses multiple spaces to a single one in plain text messages. This style restores that to expected behavior (i.e. keep whitespace).

The before and after screenshots are of the table that displays changes in a bugmail from Mozilla's Bugzilla.

Update (Jul 15, 2011): Made long lines wrap instead of being cut off.
