Hide the right advertisement bar of Outlook.com (live.com), and give the space to mail list part.

Updated to support the new Outlook.com layout.

Outlook.com is a very beautiful and clean product from Microsoft and https://xbu.me like it. please just use the script to block the ad when you get really annoying ad items and you are using a device whose screen is too small for the ad.
