Black Lepra

Description:

It just paints leprosorium.ru with blackness.
I've fixed all the bugs I knew, now I don't know what else should I fix.
I suggest you to turn on the native highlight with red border here http://leprosorium.ru/my/settings/

~ Fixed gertruda's getting overflowed by black background of something

+ Added dashed border for own comments (blue) and for new comments (green)
