cosmetic change to forum counts

v2.3.1
Changed the user profile a bit.

v2.4
Updated the style for the new userbar menu system.

Official theme added a border to the userbar drop downs that I had to remove in the script.

v2.4.2
Made a very tiny visual change on user profiles if the user is using a transparent image as their "about me" avatar.

v2.4.3
The left aligned Following button was annoying me so I centered it.

Changed the script for the new footer.

v2.5
Added support for the new footer.

v2.5.1
Removed a margin added to the default cover on wiki pages.

v2.5.2

Known bugs:
Some of the buttons do not have a border around them, this is because two types of buttons are used and one type doesn't like the borders.

This script is fairly large, this is because extra code is needed to support both Firefox and Chrome. The larger size is also due to embedded images that replace default CV images.
