This style sheet doesn't support the new Netflix Watch Instantly page. You can revert back to the old style by using this greasemonkey script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/105047 . Or you can add "?fcld=true" to the end of the URL manually.

Keep in mind that I removed the login/logout section, so you'll have to disable the style temporarily. Not an issue if you let your browser log you in automatically.
