Fx4 change color of titlebar in maximized mode

Description:

Alter the color of the titlebar of Fx4 when in maximized mode (NOT fullscreen).

If you're like me and you don't like the odd blue top-bottom gradient, this style is for you! Brings back the classical left-to-right gradient.

Tested only on Windows XP (classical Win2k mode).
